As a non-profit Cannabis Social Club, membership fees at Blazing Chiefs are used to support our community operations and comply with legal cultivation and distribution frameworks under the German Cannabis Act (KCanG).
Refund Policy - the basics
All membership payments—whether monthly or yearly—are considered contributions to the club and are non-refundable once processed. This includes payments made via the HANF APP or any other digital system provided by or on behalf of Blazing Chiefs.
If a member decides to cancel their membership, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of that cycle.
In cases of technical errors or duplicate charges, please contact us at info@blazing-chiefs.de within 7 days of the transaction. We will review and address the issue individually.
